No. Only the people who start calls and keep the archive need a seat. Anybody who was on the call can open the notes from the link, without signing up for anything.
It is transcribed and then deleted, unless you switch on keeping audio for a folder. The text is kept for as long as your plan says, and you can delete any call yourself at any time.
Every line of it links to the part of the transcript it came from, so you can check it in one click. Edit the summary in place and the change is what everybody sees.
Yes. Lanternmere joins under its own name and posts a line in the chat saying it is taking notes. Anybody can ask for it to leave and it will.
